Farmer’s loan up to 2 lakhs have been waived, the government has also talked about giving employment to 10 lakh and 5 lakh youths by training them for skill development. Farmers and youth have expressed happiness over this announcement of the government.

Schemes for the Farmers 

Farmers who took loan up to 2 lac by September 2019 will be waived under the Mahatma Jyotirao Phule Debt Mukti Scheme. Apart from this, the government will give subsidy of two lakh to farmers whose debt is more than two lakh. Farmers who have taken loans in 2018-19 and are paying their installments regularly, will be given an incentive of Rs 50,000. The government has made a provision of 22 thousand crores for debt waiver of farmers, of which 15 thousand crores is for the year 2019-20 and 7 thousand for the year 2020-21.

To give relief to the farmers, the government has requested to increase the proposal of 2 lakh in the Prime Minister Crop Insurance Scheme. There is talk of starting a 10 thousand crore irrigation project for farmers in a time bound manner.

450 crore has been announced for the implementation of the Chief Minister’s Water Conservation Scheme which launched for farmers. The government has also announced to start a plan to give new seeds to farmers soon.

The government has made a provision of a budget of 10 thousand crores for installing solar pumps for farmers. It has been said to install five lakh solar pumps in five years. Under this, electricity will also be supplied to the villages.

Schemes for the future(youth) of India 

The government has announced financial assistance of 500 crores to make 1500 primary schools in the state as Adarsh ​​schools.

The government has announced 11 crore for the Rayat Shikshan Sansthan festival.

To promote sports in the state, govt was announced to increase the amount of assistance from 1 crore to 5 crore at the tehsil level, from 5 crore to 25 crore at the district level and from 24 crore to 50 crore at the department level. .

International Sports School will be established at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Balewadi Stadium.

A provision of Rs 2500 crore for the education department of the state and Rs 13 hundred crore for the department of higher and technical education has been placed in the budget.

To provide employment to the tenth pass youth, ‘Maharashtra Sikau candidature scheme’ will be implemented in the next five years. It aims to provide employment to five lakh youth. In this, 21 to 28 years of well-educated unemployed youths will be trained in skill development, based on which they will be given employment. A total budget of Rs 6000 crore was kept for this.
