After the end of the political crisis in Rajasthan, there is increasing resentment in the reshuffle in the cabinet and political appointments. The MLAs and activists of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot camp were hopeful that Gehlot would give a big prize to his supporters after proving majority in the assembly. But as time passes, the matter seems to be going in cold storage.
According to sources, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot and State President Govind Singh Dotasara will go to Delhi to meet Rahul Gandhi regarding the cabinet reshuffle and political appointments. Even though Rahul Gandhi has gone abroad, only after his arrival, these people will go to Delhi and meet him.
During the political crisis in Rajasthan, big promises were made to the MLAs who stayed in the Gehlot camp. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot himself had said that he would compensate the MLA with interest due to the loss of MLAs. Gehlot’s promise has greatly increased the expectations of MLAs. In such a situation, it is now difficult for them to wait. Here, there is still confusion about new appointments in the organization.
Dotasara has been in charge of the state Congress president for more than two months, but so far no appointment has been made in the state or district. Dotasara says that until all the divisions get feedback, there will be no appointments.
At present, only feedback has come from Jaipur and Ajmer divisions. Apart from these, feedback of five divisions is yet to come. Meanwhile, former state president Sachin Pilot met Rajasthan Congress state in-charge Ajay Maken in Delhi.
